the hotel is nestled in a peaceful and beautiful location. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all necessary toiletries. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help us out. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel also had convenient facilities like free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool.
That the hotel lacked proper housekeeping, resulting in visible stains on bed sheets.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the climate control in our room, and it was promptly fixed when we reported it. the hotel has a great location close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our bed sheets were stained upon arrival and in general, the hotel seemed unkept.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, which was great. Also, the location was really good - close to lots of tourist spots, as well as shops and restaurants. It was really convenient. Another advantage was that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, so we could stay connected while on our trip.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets were stained and everything just felt dirty. It's such a shame, because the actual hotel property is nice and has potential. Also, we had an issue with the climate control unit in our room and it made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Although the staff did attend to it quickly, it was still a hassle and disturbed our sleep. All in all, not a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with efficient and attentive staff. They were always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was great with easy access to transportation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a great selection of dishes.
Hard to think of anything negative to say.
